Before I go into how RV Corral performed NASCAR life saving measures, I need to highlight how awesome the whole crew is down there! Front of house to back of house, you don’t get that kind of passion for customer service just anywhere. Zach and ADAM SAVED THE DAY, WEEKEND, MONTH, YEAR, LIFETIME! We were in a total bind with another RV elsewhere, and RV Corral understood the assignment. They had us wheels up in a super awesome motorhome the same day. Whatever you need, Zach and Adam will find a way to make it happen! NASCAR was saved, and we will be eternally grateful for them! And shoutout to the real MVP…..K Rizz!!

So, after nearly 5 months in Mesa this winter, I sadly hooked up the car and headed for the gates of the RV park for the long trek home. As I startedd driving, I notice that my car, being towed behind me, is swaying back and forth, which it's not supposed to do. I sighed, crawled out the motorhome door, got on my knees in front of the car and began troubleshooting. Right away I found that one of the arms of the hitch wouldn't lock. I fiddled with it for about 20 minutes or so to no avail. I unhooked the car ,and told my wife to follow me to a nearby RV service. I pulled into the lot of RVAZ CORRAL, went inside and was greeted by, I believe Wally. I explained my situation and he followed me outside. After 20-30 minutes, Wally had the minor (thank God!!) issue figured out and fixed. I asked what I owed and he refused to take anything. He walked around the back of the yard with me to show me the best route out. As I was pulling out of the lot, I remembered that, on my way down in the fall, one of my hub caps fell off of the coach. Seeing an opportunity to at least try to pay for his services in some way, I went inside to buy a new hub cap. This is a very small shop, so I was doubtful, however, when I asked Wally for the hub cap, he brought me into his office, and, lo and behold, bingo! I paid for my purchase, he came out and helped me put them on, and sent me off with a smile. If you are in Mesa and require any kind of RV related service or parts, please, please, please head over to RVAZ CORRAL on Main St. and give them a chance to meet your needs.

We purchased an RV motorcoach from them in October. Thank heavens we bought the extended warranty. Although they were nice and seemed very thorough, we have had nothing but issues. We had to cancel our first trip due to the slide being stuck out. The next trip the furnace went out and the shaking and shimiing was so bad the vent/AC controls actually fell into the inside of the dash and the passenger side is separated about 1/2 inch from front to rear, you can see thru the gap to the road. It is currently in the shop to fix the slide and furnace then it will have to go to a shop specializing in structural issues. I find it hard to believe they did not know of these big issues if they really did the inspections they reported. I wish we would have hired an independent inspector. Update: after the warranty paid for new slides and furnace then we found out all the connectors had failed on that side and the warranty would not cover structural. Adam had us return to him and his guy fixed it free of charge. So I think the customer service here is outstanding. I still would get the warranty as you never know what will go wrong. But they really came thru for us!!

Came into RVAZ Corral after visiting Campingworld, Lazydays, and Little dealer, little prices. And right off the bat, I felt waay less pressure from the staff. The salesman Robert was a fun working class style guy, not a sleezy greesy, gold chain wearing douche like every other auto dealership salesman. I was looking for something to live in for 1-2 years for a new destination job. Zack probably called like 15 banks to find me financing because of my bad credit, and still found me a great rate. Fran made sure my unit was up to par with what I was looking to have done prior to pick up, and they installed a new toilet and gave me a new queen bed! She’s also great at communicating through text! They’re a small yard, but they have all the stuff to get things done onsite and they definitely seem to appreciate your business unlike the pushy corporate dealers down the street. I’m very happy with my pre-owned trailer.

Zac was super helpful and not pushy like the big dealerships. We ended up at AZRV after having a terrible experience at Camping World, we were pleasantly surprised with the ease of purchasing our 5th wheel. Not only was Zac helpful in our purchase and answering all of our questions, but the service team and whole company have just been absolutely helpful. We purchased an as is 2003 Keystone. Everything on the inspection went great and checked out. They took their time and explained everything to us until we felt comfortable. We had our 5th wheel delivered to our property 3 hours north east and ended up finding a leak in the pipe for the toilet, they ordered the part at the closest RV servicing cent near us, and walked us through how to fix it. The next day, we had a rainstorm come through, and we found a separate leak into the camper from the roof. We contacted them about it, and they purchased the stuff to fix it and walked us through how to do that as well. We have been super grateful to have such a better buying experience through them that we found with any other dealership, and we would highly recommend them!

We bought a used Montana from these folks about a year ago and had a list of maintenance issues pop up (all normal things that go wrong on any RV). We took it in and dropped it off and they called a couple weeks later with everything fixed and covered under warranty with a $100 deductible. This is our third RV and the other two places charged us all kinds of fees and found every reason to make money off of us outside of our warranties. I swear I will never buy an RV from anyone else ever as long as I am on the market. They may not have the enormous selection some of the others do but please give them a chance. They have everything from small motorhomes to large toy hauler fifth wheels and I'll bet you you will find what you need. I guarantee you will be happy with the service and the price. – Solid for life.

We recently bought an RV from Auto Corral RV. The experience was so nice! Frank was our salesman and he was so helpful! I went to Auto Corral to look at a specific RV. I wanted white interior, and I went to look at an RV that came with white interior but it ended up being a little small. When I told Frank what I was looking for he suggested I look at another one he had on the lot! It was PERFECT! White interior, huge bunkhouse space for the kids and just all around great! The buying process was simple. I believe we were given a fair price, a fair monthly payment and a fair interest rate. Adam the owner was very gracious and helpful as well. My husband and his father are huge Pirates fans and Adam once played for them so he was kind enough to sign a baseball card for my Father in law to keep. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an RV. If I had to have any complaints, a little tiny one would be that the RV wasn't really cleaned. But it was a consignment RV and we put them on a time crunch so I take responsibility for that. Other than that we had a truly amazing experience. Bought new Rockwood Mini lLight 2504 from a dealer in Salt Lake. Live in Gilbert, AZ and have had two warranty issues. Both were resolved by Allie and techs at Auto Coral in Mesa, AZ. Worked well with Forest River. Factory shipped parts needed from Indiana to Mesa and warranty work done by Allie. Auto Coral has also installed a second Maxx air vent, slide topper, and repaired AC that was not warranty work. Allie always worked well with us and Her techs did excellent work and our RV was returned clean and ready to use. Follow up call was made for satisfaction. Work was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend Auto Coral for service and sales on your RV.

I experienced other dealers outright lying about MSRP prices so they could give fake discounts which would only bring the price back close to the original MSRP. La Mesa was the worst at this practice. I could not recommend Auto Corral anymore for your RV purchase!!!

Excellent experience here buying a 5th wheel. Ed was great; low pressure, but he had a lot of knowledge. We ended up buying a 5th wheel even though we had not planned on it, the deal was too good to pass up. The people working in service were friendly and helpful, they really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our trailer. Tom was great working up our paperwork and processing everything. If you think you may be in the market for a recreational vehicle, this is the place to go.

We bought our fifth wheel here. It was a used one and we got it, I think, for a very reasonable price. When we picked it up it turned out that the jacks and one of the fans were not working properly. Something they should have noticed (and fixed) before we came and pick it up. But they still get five stars because they handled these issues really well. They truly showed they cared and felt bad about it. They went the extra mile and we ended up with an upgraded new set of jacks. Errors happen. It tells a lot though how these errors are handled and that's why I give them five stars and if I ever need another RV I will definitely visit them again.
